Gloria Sports Arena

The Gloria Sports Arena is a sports complex in Belek, Turkey .

The owner of the sports complex, which they say is “the largest Olympic sports complex in Turkey”, is the Gloria Hotels & Resorts chain , which belongs to Özaltin Holding in Ankara . The groundbreaking for the roughly 50 million dollar construction project took place in April 2013; the opening was at the beginning of 2015.

The 105,000 square meter complex consists of an indoor and an outdoor area with facilities for various sports, including athletics, swimming, gymnastics, boxing, fencing, judo, wrestling, handball, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, gymnastics, badminton, dance and weight lifting. This also includes two new training grounds in accordance with FIFA standards, which were put into operation in December 2012.
