GlycomeDB

GlycomeDB (in German ' Glykom Database ') is an online biochemical database that contains structural and taxonomic data on carbohydrates .

GlycomeDB was established in 2006 and is operated by the German Cancer Research Center . Among other things, it manages the data from the Complex Carbohydrate Structure Database (CCSD), the Bacterial Carbohydrate Structure Database (BCSDB), the Consortium for Functional Glycomics (CFG) and the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) and compiles the combined results a user interface.

GlycomeDB is part of a joint project with the Japan Consortium for Glycobiology and Glycotechnology DataBase (JCGGDB) and UniCarbKB .
