Mercy coat of arms

Coats of arms of mercy, also coats of arms of favor or symbols of mercy, were awarded by emperors , kings or other sovereigns as a symbol of special favor. The crest of meritorious, mostly noble individuals or families was in prior surveys as a mark of favor, for example, the imperial eagle or the sovereign tribe crest added.
