Architecture and history
The three-story plastered building was built between 1927 and 1930 based on a design by the government master builder Günther. The block served as a residence for families of NCOs . The infantry barracks were on the opposite side of the street . In the course of the building to the south there is a jump with which the house follows the sloping building. The plaster facade, structured through the use of three different plaster forms, is kept in red tones.
On the courtyard side there are porches in the form of risalits . The entrances are designed in the style of Expressionism . Some of the windows and doors are still original.
