architecture
It is a two-storey single house from around 1910, free-standing on three sides, on a high basement level accessible from the side and with a mansard hipped roof .
The site fence with wrought-iron grating and an open pavilion in solid construction are part of the monument . The unadorned, smoothly plastered building with a tent roof stands against a garden wall and is open on the other sides through arched openings. The garden house is now on a parking lot .
