The Godewind Immobilien AG is a Frankfurt real estate companies. The company owns a purely office real estate portfolio that includes buildings in Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, Hamburg and Munich. In February 2020 it became known that the French real estate group Covivio is aiming to take over Godewind Immobilien for around 700 million euros. In March 2020, Deutsche Börse announced that the Godewind shares would be included in the SDAX , where they were eliminated again on May 15, 2020.

The property value of the company's portfolio was 301 million euros at the 2018 financial year-end. In 2019 Godewind took over the City Gate high-rise in Frankfurt am Main for 85 million euros.
