Godewind Publishing House
The Godewind publishing (of nd. Good wind ) was founded by Hans-Juergen autumn 2004. The headquarters were in Wismar from the beginning of 2006 to the end of 2009 . The portfolio has belonged to Lexikus Verlag since September 2009 and has been continued under the name EDITION GODEWIND since then .
The publisher publishes historical publications on the first German seaside resort Heiligendamm , regional literature, hunting and travel literature as well as fiction.
Authors like Siegfried Akkermann , former President of the German Red Cross published in Godewind Verlag.
For the three-day visit of the American President George W. Bush in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania in July 2006 , the Prime Minister Harald Ringstorff presented the travel description “Nimrod's German Tour” by Charles James Apperley from Godewind Verlag as a gift. The Prime Minister acted as author and wrote his own foreword for this book.
