The Godwin Cliffs are a group of prominent cliffs on King George Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . On the Krakow Peninsula they extend over a length of around 1000 m in a west-northwest-east-southeast orientation south of the Flabellum Bastion .

The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 1998. It is named after the British botanist Harry Godwin (1901–1985).
