Goffredo Fofi
Goffredo Fofi (born April 15, 1937 in Gubbio , Italy ) is an Italian author and literary and film critic.
His non-fiction books deal with Italian internal migration, social conditions, especially in southern Italy, and the country's cultural development. Some deal with the history of Italian cinema. His contributions were also published outside of Italy in magazines such as the German film review or the French Positif . As a screenplay co-writer, he worked on the film Pop the Monster on the front page (1972) by Marco Bellocchio .
He was involved in the founding of several magazines, including the publication for art, culture and society Lo straniero, which has been published since 1997 .
