List of rose varieties

The rose variety Goldfinch (English for Goldfinch ) is a fast-growing Rambler rose that was bred by George Paul in 1907. It can be planted as a loop rose on fences and arches, but also as a shrub. The rose is robust against fungal diseases such as star soot and powdery mildew . The only weakly prickly shrub can reach a height of up to 3 meters and a diameter of up to 120 centimeters.

'Goldfinch' flowers only once in summer. The slightly fragrant, flat flowers have a diameter of around 3.8 centimeters and are slightly filled with nine to sixteen petals . The flowers are initially light yellow, later cream-colored and white with age.

'Goldfinch' is a parent variety of the well-known ' Ghislaine de Féligonde ' variety .
