Goliath is a steel roller coaster in the amusement park La Ronde ( Montreal ) of the Hyper Coaster model by the manufacturer Bolliger & Mabillard , which was opened on May 13, 2006.

Details

The track has yellow rails with red running tubes and blue supports.

Goliath is currently the second largest and second fastest roller coaster in Canada after Behemoth in Canada's Wonderland . It is 53 m high, 1231 m long and has a top speed of 110 km / h. It takes passengers outside the park to the eastern bank of Île Ste. Hélène ( St. Helena Island). Then the route leads over some airtime hills and a descent back into the park before the journey ends at the station.

Trains

Goliath owns two trains with nine cars each. Four people (one row of four) can be seated in each carriage. The passengers must be at least 1.37 m tall to be allowed to ride.
