Gondomar is a place and a former municipality ( freguesia ) in northern Portugal .
Gondomar is part of the Vila Verde county in the Braga district . The community had an area of 2.21 km² and 71 inhabitants (as of June 30, 2011).
On September 29, 2013 the municipalities of Gondomar and Aboim da Nóbrega were merged to form the new municipality of Aboim da Nóbrega e Gondomar .
