Gong (yibin)

Gong ( Chinese  珙 县 , Pinyin Gǒng Xiàn ) is a district of the prefecture -level city of Yibin in the southeast of the southwest Chinese province of Sichuan . It has an area of ​​1,150 km² and has around 420,000 inhabitants. Its main town is the large community of Xunchang (巡 场 镇).

The hanging coffins of the Bo (Boren xuanguanzang (mu) 僰 人 悬棺 葬 (墓)) and the Aikou stone arch (Aikou shifang 隘口 石坊) have been on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China since 1988 and 2006, respectively .
