Gongyi kiln

The Gongyi kiln ( Chinese  巩义窑 , Pinyin Gǒngyì Yao , English Gongyi kiln ) or Huangye Kiln ( 黄冶窑 , Huangye Yao , English Huangye Kiln ) was a ceramics - kiln site in the field of independent city Gongyi in the administrative area of the prefecture-level city Zhengzhou in the Chinese province of Henan . The site, discovered in 1957, is known for its three-color ceramics ( sancai ) from the Tang Dynasty (617 / 18-907).

The Gongyi Kiln site has been on the List of Monuments of the People's Republic of China (5-76) since 2001 .
