The Goppoldsrieder See is a natural body of water in the municipality of Eberfing near the hamlet of Stadel . The pond runs off on its west side and drains away as it continues.
The first recording from the 19th century shows that the Goppoldsrieder See with approx. 11.9 hectares used to be more than twice as large as it is today.
