Goran Kovacev (born March 5, 1979 in Leverkusen ) is a former German basketball player .
Goran Kovacev most recently played for SOBA Dragons Rhöndorf , with whom he reached fourth place in the second Bundesliga Pro B in the 2008/2009 season . At the end of the 2008/2009 season, he announced his resignation and ended his career. Before that he played for Bayer Giants Leverkusen in the basketball league . There he was voted "Rookie of the Year" in the 96/97 season.
