The Goslarer Bergkalender is a yearbook of the mining history, culture and current and historical events of the Lower Harz . It is considered the oldest continuous calendar in Germany.

The vignettes of the 12 months come from Ernst Eichhorn-Holbeck and are based on woodcuts from 1540. They show appropriate scenes from the life of the rural population for the respective month.

The printing plant has been using the name Goslarer Bergkalender since 1800.

The 399th edition of 2017 was dedicated to the topic "25 years of the Rammelsberg World Heritage Site". The 400th edition of 2018 was published as an anniversary edition under the title "400 Years of the Goslar Mountain Calendar".
