The Gothawagen T2-61 ( T railcars with 2 axes - Construction year 19 61 ) or B2-61 ( B eiwagen with 2 axes - 19 61 ) were used as intermediate between the T59E and T2-62 in small numbers, and only as a means vehicles built.

Similarities and differences and to the predecessor

  • The railcars still had a stationary crank drive switch , the sidecar the axle bracketless chassis of the predecessor T59E or B59E.
  • enlarged driver's cab, the car body already corresponded to the successor T2-62 or B2-62.
  • the narrow first or last side window on the left is made wider
  • all side windows are designed as hinged windows with enlarged hinged parts
  • the platform windows on the left are the same size as the passenger compartment windows
