Gottfried (Arnulfinger)
Gottfried , also Godefrid († 720/726), was a son of Drogo and the Anstrudis , as well as a great-great-grandson of Arnulf von Metz and a nephew of Grimoald the Younger .
Gottfried and his brothers Arnulf and Pippin were imprisoned by their step-uncle Karl Martell . He then probably died while in captivity. But there is a possibility that he was a monk in a monastery . His burial place is unknown.
