Gottfried miracle

Gottfried Wunder (born October 23, 1912 in Himmelberg , Carinthia ; † June 7, 1972 there ) was an Austrian politician ( ÖVP ).

Life

After visiting the elementary and middle school Gottfried found miracles as employee in the private sector work. In 1933 he was appointed secretary of the Christian trade unions in Carinthia; only one year later, in 1934, he became a consultant in the Carinthian Chamber of Labor . During the Second World War , Gottfried Wunder was a civilian employee at various Wehrmacht services .

After the war, Wunder moved into the Carinthian state parliament in 1945 as a member of the ÖVP . In 1946 he was elected Vice President of the Carinthian Chamber of Labor. In March 1953 he was finally sworn in as a member of the National Council in Vienna . He was a member of parliament until June 1959.
