Gottlob Rudolph von Heynitz (* 1667 in Heynitz ; † April 24, 1728 in Dresden ) was a German commander of the fortress Sonnenstein in Electoral Saxony and owner of the manors Heynitz and Wunschwitz .
Life
Gottlob Rudolph came from the Meissen noble family von Heynitz and grew up at Heynitz Castle near Nossen . He entered the service of the Wettins and became the commandant of the Sonnenstein Fortress near Pirna . In 1728 he died after a short illness in the royal seat of Dresden.

Heynitz was married twice. His second wife Anna Elisabeth nee von Minckwitz survived him.
