Green belt (road)
The green belt in the district town of Düren ( North Rhine-Westphalia ) is an inner-city street in the green belt settlement area of the same name .

The street runs as a rectangle through the settlement, starting and ending on Scharnhorststraße . A dead end leads opposite to Schoellerstrasse .

There are many listed buildings on the Grüngürtel road :
- the green belt group of houses 12 to 20 and 2 to 10 ,
- the house green belt 21 ,
- the Antonius Church .
history
After the First World War , new building areas had to be developed due to the housing shortage. The green belt was approved on May 10, 1921. One of the streets running through it received the name of the green belt building area .
