Hiémois county

The county of Hiémois , Latin pagus Oximensis , was a Carolingian county with the capital Exmes .

It consisted of 4-5 parts:

• The centena Noviacensis around Neuvy-au-Houlme
• The centena Saginsis around Sées
• The centena Alancioninsis around Alençon
• The centena Corbonensis around Corbon , the nucleus of the later county of Le Perche
