Hiémois county
The county of Hiémois , Latin pagus Oximensis , was a Carolingian county with the capital Exmes .
It consisted of 4-5 parts:
- The centena Noviacensis around Neuvy-au-Houlme
- The centena Saginsis around Sées
- The centena Alancioninsis around Alençon
- The centena Corbonensis around Corbon , the nucleus of the later county of Le Perche
