Graham Hitch

Graham Hitch is a British psychologist .

Graham Hitch received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Cambridge and later a Masters degree from the University of Sussex in Experimental Psychology. He received his PhD from the University of Cambridge. He taught at the University of Manchester from 1979 to 1991 , from 1991 to 2000 at the University of Lancaster and from 2000 to 2011 at the University of York . In 2011 he retired . Hitch is best known for his working memory model .
