Grand Bend is a village in Ontario , Canada . It is located on Lake Huron and is a tourist destination for Canadians , mostly from London, Ontario and south-west Ontario. Grand Bend has a sandy beach about 300 meters long. The village with around 2000 inhabitants accommodates up to 50,000 guests in the summer months. The place is known for the nearby Pinery Beach Provincial Park with its beaches.
