Granholmen is an island belonging to Sweden in the Stockholm archipelago in Höggarnsfjärden .

The island belongs to the municipality of Vaxholm . To the east lies the island of Edlunda , to the southwest of Stora Höggarn . The shipping route from the Baltic Sea to Stockholm runs north and south of Granholmen . Granholmen is built on with buildings mainly used as summer houses and is partly forested. The island extends from west to east about 830 meters, with a width of up to 200 meters. The Granholmen brygga jetty is on the east side. At the western tip, only separated by a ten-meter-wide arm of water, there is a small offshore island on which the Granholmens lighthouse is located.

In the past the island was called Västra Granholmen. The name Granholmen goes back to the brothers Erik and Carl Fredrik Granholm, who bought Granholmen and the neighboring island of Edlunda in the 1860s.
