Grant Ohemeng Kesse

Grant Ohemeng Kesse (born 1926 in Kukurantumi , Biakoye District , Volta Region ) is a retired Ghanaian diplomat . From 2006 to 2010 he was Ghana's ambassador in Berlin.

Career

Grant Ohemeng Kesse holds a degree in logistics , is a Master of Science in transportation planning (London) and is a graduate student from Imperial College. From 1964 to 1976 he was Deputy Director of Urban Planning. From September 13, 2006 to June 2010, he was Ghana's ambassador in Berlin . Based in Berlin, he was also accredited by the governments of Estonia , Latvia , Lithuania and Poland .
