Granville Square is a skyscraper in Vancouver , British Columbia , Canada . The building is located at 200 Granville Street in Vancouver's Financial District. It was completed in 1973 and is 142 m high and has 30 floors.

The building was built by Marathon Realty and served as the headquarters of the Canadian Pacific Railway . Today the building houses offices for the daily newspapers The Vancouver Sun , The Province and Mezzanine. On the roof is the Vancouver Harbor airport tower, which coordinates the arrival and departure of seaplanes. It is the tallest airport tower in the world.

The building is owned by Cadillac Fairview , a Canadian real estate company.
