The Foundation for Environmental Education ( English: Foundation for Environmental Education , FEE for short ) is a non-governmental organization founded in 1981 whose aim is to sustainably strengthen environmental protection through environmental education .

The FEE operates internationally and acts as an umbrella organization that supports one member organization in each member country. The national organizations implement the FEE programs and are supported by the umbrella organization. FEE is active in 41 countries around the world. The German member organization is the German Society for Environmental Education (DGU) in Sternberg , in Switzerland it is the Association J'aime ma Planète in Geneva ; Austria is not represented.

Green Key eco label

The Green Key is a certification program and eco-label for tourism businesses such as hotels and campsites. It is a catalog of basic criteria that are filled out and adapted for each country.
