The Green Reef (translated from English Green Reef ) is a group of low cliff rocks in the Palmer Archipelago off the west coast of Graham Land in the north of the Antarctic Peninsula . The reef is located in the Neumayer Canal immediately east of the Green Spur on Anvers Island .
The crew of the sloop HMS Snipe under Captain John Graham Forbes mapped it in January 1948 and named it after the descriptive naming of the neighboring Green Spur.
