Gregory "Greg" La Mude (* 1976 or 1977 ) is a former South African squash player .
Career
Greg La Mude played on the PSA World Tour from the late 1990s to the early 2000s . With the South African national team he took in 2003 at the World Cup in part. He was also part of the South African squad at the 2003 African Games and won the silver medal with the team . The year before he was South African champion .
After his active career, he worked as a squash coach in the United States and South Africa. La Mude is married.
