Gregor Stadlober

Gregor Stadlober (* 1970 in Fohnsdorf ) is an Austrian filmmaker and author .

After studying psychology and history (1988–1995) Stadlober turned increasingly to writing, wrote radio reports for Ö1 , was a broadcast maker for Radio Orange and Radio Helsinki and wrote the screenplay for Kotsch . In 2001 he received the Carl Mayer script award for this , and in the following year he made his first film work Once upon a time . This was followed by the play Wallisch Wander , as well as other experimental and documentary films. Gregor Stadlober lives and works in Vienna.
