The Grimley Glacier is a 24 km long and up to 5 km wide glacier in the northern Palmerland on the Antarctic Peninsula . It flows 5 km north of the Sunfix Glacier in an east-northeast direction to the Casey Glacier . It is one of the glaciers that border the Wakefield Highland to the east.

Aerial photographs were taken on September 28, 1940 during the United States Antarctic Service Expedition (1939–1941) and on December 22, 1947 during the American Ronne Antarctic Research Expedition (1947–1948). The Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey (FIDS) carried out surveys in December 1960. The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named the glacier in 1962 after Peter Hugh Grimley (1933-2016), FIDS geologist on the islands of Horseshoe Island and Stonington Island in 1960.
