The Grinddalsfossen is a waterfall in the Geiranger fjord in the Norwegian municipality of Stranda in the province of Møre og Romsdal .

It is located at the eastern end of the fjord, east above the town of Geiranger . The elongated Grinddalsfossen is formed by the mountain river Stillelva . It falls over a distance of 1097 meters over a height difference of 590 meters. The width of the fall is between 12 and 26 meters, the amount of water averages one cubic meter per second.
