Magrit " Gritli " Schaad-Kind (* 1922 ) is a former Swiss ski racer .

Career

Schaad graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineers at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich . At the end of the 1930s she was a member of the Swiss Ski Association. At the Alpine World Ski Championships in Zakopane in 1939 she was a two-time silver medalist in slalom and combined. In the downhill she finished 5th.

She was also an avid pilot. Together with Fritz Schreiber, she set a new permanent record in gliding over Belpmoos in 1936 . She was married to the squadron leader Camillo Kind.
