Big turning point

The great turning point or the great upheaval (Russian: Великий перелом / Weliki perelom , wiss. Transliteration Velikij perelom ) was the radical change in the economic policy of the Soviet Union in the years 1928/1929, which was mainly in the task of after the end of Russian Civil war pursued the new economic policy (NEP) and the acceleration of collectivization of agriculture and industrialization existed.
