The Große Halken 3 is a listed residential and commercial building in Aschersleben in Saxony-Anhalt .

location

It is located in the southern part of the city center of Aschersleber, south of the Sankt-Stephani-Kirche , on the west side of the narrow street Großer Halken, which is designated as a monument area . To the north is the residential building Großer Halken 2 , which is also listed as an individual monument .

History and architecture

The two-storey building was built around 1800. The simple, plastered building has a shop fitting on its ground floor that takes up the entire storey. The front door, designed in Empire style, is remarkable .

In the local register of monuments , the residential and commercial building is listed under registration number 094 80462 as a monument .
