The Great Naryn ( Kyrgyz Чоң-Нарын, Tschong-Naryn ; Russian Большой Нарын, Bolshoi Naryn ) is the left headwaters of the Naryn in Kyrgyzstan ( Central Asia ).

The Great Naryn has its source in the Ak-Shyirak Mountains in central Tianshan . It flows mainly in a westerly direction. Finally he meets the little Naryn coming from the north and unites with him to form the Naryn.

The Great Naryn has a length of 132 km. It drains an area of ​​5710 km². The mean discharge is 47.2 m³ / s.
