The Große Silberberg is an elevation of 81  m above sea level. NN in the area of ​​the city of Magdeburg .

It contains a stone age barrow , the age of which is estimated to be between 5000 and 6000 years. Due to the intact outer shape of the tomb and its size, it is assumed that a grave inside could still be intact.

The hill is named for the Großer Silberberg district , in which it is located, and the streets Am Großen Silberberg and Silberbergweg . A little further south is the Kleine Silberberg .
