Great stone graves near Bresch

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The megalithic graves near Bresch were several megalithic graves of unknown numbers from the Neolithic Age near Bresch , a district of Pirow in the Prignitz district ( Brandenburg ). Leopold von Ledebur mentions that "megalithic tombs" were destroyed on hills to the northwest of Bresch for the extraction of building material. No information is available on the number, dimensions, alignment and type of the systems. Ceramic vessels were found during the destruction, but they were smashed. A metal vessel and a perforated gold coin were also found, although it is unclear whether these come directly from the graves.
