description

Grave 1

Grave 1 has a north-west-south-east oriented, trapezoidal barn bed with a length of 40 m and a width of 9 m in the south-east and 5 m in the north-west. The southeast side of the stone enclosure has been completely preserved, the long sides have some gaps. The north-west side is covered by reading stones. At the north-western end of the bed are the remains of the transverse burial chamber , which Ewald Schuldt calls a large dolmen . The chamber is only visible as a hollow; the stones are not preserved.

Grave 2

Grave 2 is much worse preserved than grave 1. It also has a barren bed that was originally around 35–40 m long. Since it is heavily covered with reading stones, neither the appearance of the stone enclosure nor the burial chamber can be reconstructed more precisely.
