Great stone graves near Vierraden

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The megalithic graves at Vierraden were several megalithic graves of unknown number, probably from the Neolithic funnel cup culture at Vierraden , a district of Schwedt / Oder in the Uckermark district ( Brandenburg ). They were destroyed in the 19th century. According to Leopold von Ledebur , around 1845 there were still traces of barrows about a quarter of a mile (approx. 1.9 km) northeast of Vierraden. No information is available on the number, dimensions, orientation and type of the systems.
