The large stone grave in Passow was probably a megalithic grave complex near Passow in the Uckermark district ( Brandenburg ) that was probably built by the Neolithic beaker culture and was largely destroyed in the first half of the 20th century.

location

The grave was located in the Passow area on the so-called Schindertanger. In the immediate vicinity there were two Bronze Age burial mounds.

description

The plant had a pile of mounds 10 m long and 7 m wide. During the documentation in the 1950s, the stones had all been blown up and taken away. The grave type, the exact dimensions and the orientation of the facility could no longer be determined.

No finds were recovered from the grave itself, but a fragment of an Amazon ax was found in its vicinity , which is believed to be part of the Havelland culture .
