Land register decree (GBV) is the official short title for the ordinance for the implementation of the land register order of August 8, 1935. It was published on January 24, 1995 and now regulates the appearance and content of land registers in 114 paragraphs and 12 appendices .

Among other things, the size of the land register districts , the external shape of the land register, the creation of land register sheets, the closing of land register sheets, the machine-run land register and the electronic base file are regulated .
