The Grundig Intermedia GmbH is a distribution company based in Neu-Isenburg . The company belongs to the Turkish Koç Holding and sells entertainment electronics and household appliances of the Grundig brand from the household appliance and consumer electronics manufacturer Arçelik, which is also part of Koç Holding .

At the end of 2012, the company had 123 employees who work in the areas of sales, marketing, industrial design, quality and product management as well as technology and customer service. In addition, around 1,600 people worldwide work in production, research, development and sales for the Grundig brand. The production and technical development of the products have been based in Istanbul since 2008 .

The products are divided into the following categories:

  • Consumer electronics: televisions, hi-fi systems, sound bars, bluetooth speakers, radios and portable audio devices
  • Multimedia accessories
  • Information displays (eBoards)
  • Kitchen appliances: breakfast sets, kitchen gadgets
  • Household appliances: steam ironing stations, irons and vacuum cleaners (floor and hand vacuum cleaners)
  • electrical body care products: hairdryers, hairstylers, lady shavers / epilators, hair and beard trimmers, multi-hair trimmers, body scales, facial saunas
  • Household appliances: dishwashers, ovens, stoves, hobs, refrigerators and freezers, washing machines, dryers

The company sells its products primarily on the German market. Seven million products with the Grundig brand name were sold here in 2010.

In January 2013 Grundig presented the newly launched white goods division at the Living Kitchen 2013 exhibition in Cologne.
