Basic and orientation test

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A basic and orientation test (GOP) is an examination provided in some courses during the first semester, which is intended to determine the suitability of the candidates for the respective course at an early stage. In some cases, special regulations apply to this section of the examination with regard to registration, examination procedure and repetition options, which are intended to ensure that the decision on the suitability of a candidate is made at the latest at a time specified by the examination regulations (e.g. after the second semester ). A final failure of the GOP usually results in de-registration .
