Grusi

The Grusi (also Grunsi , Grunshi , Grussi , Gorise , Gurense , Grunshi , Gurinse , Gurunsi , Gourounsi , Guruns ) are an ethnic group in West Africa , mainly in the north of Ghana and south of Burkina Faso . Around 600,000 to 700,000 people belong to the ethnic group (as of 2010). They speak a Gurunsi language .

The term Grusi is also a collective term for language-related cultural ethnicities like Kassena , Builsa , Dagaare or Mo used.
