Guichón is a city in Uruguay .
geography
It is located in the Paysandú department in sector 5 . Guichón is located about 20 kilometers west-southwest of Piñera and Beisso on the border with the neighboring Río Negro .
history
On November 17, 1964, Guichón was granted the status of "Ciudad" by Law 13.299.
