Bertil Bentos
Bertil Randolf Bentos Scagnegatti (born August 15, 1942 in Guichón , Uruguay ) is a Uruguayan politician .
He is a member of the Partido Nacional and currently represents his home department Paysandú as a member of the Cámara de Diputados . He was elected to this office for the 2005 to 2010 legislative period in the election of October 30, 2004, in which he stood for the 2004 Lista of the Allianza Nacional. Bentos received a total of 11,076 votes. He then took up his mandate on February 15 of the following year. In the elections in October 2009 he was able to celebrate his re-election. In May 2010, Bentos was elected Intendente in the Intendencia de Paysandú for a five-year term .
