Guido Molinari

Guido Molinari (born October 12, 1933 in Montreal ; † February 21, 2004 there ) was a Canadian painter and graphic artist who is best known for his chromatic abstractions . Until 1956 he was a member of the tachistic group of automatists in Montreal. Characteristic for his painting are geometrical color fields, which are determined by parallel stripe grids rich in contrasts in color .
